2. Terms of Sale

Introduction. These terms cover any transactions where we provide goods to you through this website.

Parties. We are the vendor and you are the customer.

Orders. * We only conclude an agreement when we dispatch our goods to you.
- We may cancel any order, but we will refund any money you have paid if we do.
- Each order is a separate agreement.
3. Goods, Shipping, and Delivery
We sell the goods to you on the following basis:

Shipping Rates. Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the delivery address. You will be provided with the final shipping cost at checkout.

Free Shipping. We offer free shipping on orders where the total value exceeds R1,500.00, provided the total shipment weight does not exceed 100kg.

Bulk Orders. Orders exceeding 100kg are excluded from free shipping and will require a custom freight quote.

Courier Selection. We select the most economic courier service from reputable courier companies in South Africa to ensure efficient delivery.

Dispatch. We will do our best to dispatch the goods as soon as possible, but we are not liable for delays and you may not cancel an order if we do not do so timeously.

Risk & Ownership. Risks pass to you on delivery. Ownership passes on payment of the fees in full.
4. Returns and Refunds

Health & Safety. Due to the nature of our products (oils and nuts), we cannot accept returns of any items where the original seal has been broken or the packaging has been tampered with, unless the product is proven to be defective.

Cooling-off Period. In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an order within 7 days of receipt without reason, provided the goods are unopened and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Defective Goods. If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for collection and provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Processing. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of the goods being returned to our facility.
5. General Legal Terms

Intellectual Property. We own all proprietary rights in our goods.

Fees. You will pay us the fees on the due date without withholding any amount.

Limitation of Liability. We are only liable for direct damages up to the total amount of fees paid for the goods in question.

Force Majeure. Neither party is responsible for breaches caused by circumstances beyond their control.

Dispute Resolution. The parties must first try to negotiate, then enter into mediation, and finally arbitration to resolve disputes.

Governing Law. South African law governs this agreement and you consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court.
